[edit] Will my account be deleted/demoted if i'm not active?
Depends on your current status:
- If you're still validating (you have registered, but haven't clicked the link on the email we've sent you) then that account will be deleted after a few weeks.
- If you're a full fledged validated user, then your account will not be deleted. But you may drop in rank:
-You get auto-demoted as a member, member+ when you haven't posting anything in postcount forums for more than 2 months.
-You will be demoted to af-newbie, meaning you can read all topics except for the download section, and you will be able to reply to all of them too. You just won't get any goodies.
If after two months you get demoted, you will get through the whole procedure of being active active for at least one week with at least 20 extra good posts since you have demoted.
If anyone still have to ask why they got demoted (due to inactivity) or dare to ask for promotion without being active again first, they willl get all their AFzs deleted and they will be banned for 2 weeks.
You can request for promotion again at the promotion tool. Check your personal center for that Afcenter
If you request for promotion without being active, your promotion will be DENIED.
