How can I be promoted to a group that can download?

After you have register and validated your account, you will become a AF-Newbie. To get promoted to a full member, you need at least 20 non-spam posts in the Postcount forums before you can see the promotionlink in the AF Center.
After you have clicked the link, your posts WILL be evaluated and SPAMPOSTS WILL be deleted. If after an evaluation posts are deleted, and your final postcount is LESS than 20, then you might be DENIED.
You will NOT be able to ask for promotion again!
The promotionlink is meant for AF-newbies to ask for promotion and our crew will be using it to evaluate your posts and either promote or deny you
DO NOT THINK YOU CAN JUST ASK FOR PROMOTION WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES READ THESE RULES OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Instead your plead will still be listed, but you have a warningpoint there, so your plead will be on the bottom of the list. Only untill ALL the others before you has been evaluated, your plead will be considered again, if you by then STILL haven't got enough post points, you will be denied AGAIN and ANOTHER warningpoint will be given.
For example, now you have 20 posts. If there are 10 posts that were spam and these got deleted, then your plead will be denied and you have to wait a long time before you gets evaluated again.
So be very sure that you do not have any spamposts before you ask for promotion
