How do you ask for help/reseeds/requests?

If you have some problems with downloading or with other stuff and you can’t solve the problem then you can create a topic in the Download Support Forum and ask for help there. Always do a search to make sure the problem isn’t mentioned before and always state clear in your topic what the problem is.
For reseeds of series/movies/anime/music, you can create a topic in the Reseed+Request Forum. First read the rules below before making a topic.
Rules about reseeds:
• You are not allowed to ask for reseeds within 24 hours of a torrent release. Sometimes it takes a while before you are connected with the tracker, so you have to be patience. All requests within 24 hours will be deleted without notice.
• If a series is still running (not complete), then you can ask for reseeds in the topic itself. This is to prevent the reseed-forums to be clogged up. If a series is completed, then you have to create a topic in the “Reseed+Request Forum” and then follow the rules below.
• Write descriptive titles. [both English and Chinese]
• In the topic itself, tell us which thread + torrent link you've used.
• If after 7 days you haven't got any reseeds yet, you can create a new topic. Don’t create a new topic for the same file in less than 7 days.
An example of a reseed topic:
- Topic Title: [Seed-Series] The Last Breakthrough 天涯俠醫 Episode 1-2 dvd-rmvb
- Topic Description: stuck: 83%, speed: 0-5kb/s

For requests of series/movies/anime/music/software you can go to the requests topics in the "Reseed+Request Forum". Requests that are fulfilled will be deleted.
