How does the promotion tool work?

The promotion tool WILL sort the people who ask for promotion first!
This is how it sorts:
- First it sorts on punish points (how many times someone got denied.) People who never gets denied before/ask for the first time will be listed on top.
- 2nd it sorts on the TOTAL POSTCOUNT someone has. The more postcount, the higher he becomes on the list. This is your currount postcount. If you post more while you're on the list, you will get higher in the list and thus be evaluated sooner.
- 3rd. It sorts on the DATE someone applied. The sooner someone applied, the higher on the list.
The promotion depends on 3 factors:
1) activeness of the user. If you apply for promotion and then never post again from that date on. You will be ignored until you be active again.
2) quality of the posts. If your posts are of good quality (eloborating, reasonable, valuable posts) then you will be promoted faster. For examples of bad posts see the trashcan. Rule of the thumb, the more words, the higher quality.
3) how new is the member. If you're a relatively new member and yet have outstanding posts and postcount you will be promoted the fastest. If you're with AF for a year and only have 20 posts that were posted on the same date then don't even bother applying.
