That is the WARN BOX. You are the only one who can see this warn box, besides the moderators. Warning point(s) will be given to you if you have broken any of our rules despite being sent a warning pm before hand. At first they're all zero, but they'll change when you get warnings. 10 warnings means your account will be banned.
Only you and the moderators can see your own warning boxes.
