What are my tasks? What is my job?

The most important reason we need you to be part of our crew is to control the spam that is getting out of control.
If you find people spamming severely (all his posts are spam). You can report it in the crewforum.
Hopefully you have all read the Global Rules and the forum rules that are put into effect in the forums you are in charge of. We need you to keep an eye out for rule breakers too. If you catch one, inform the crew. If it's a severe rulebreakage (racism, rudeness, offensive pictures) you need to copy his/her posts in the post mentioned above.
If it's just spam, you can just delete it right away.
It is also your responsibility to set a good example to other members. For example: You (the new crew) cannot spam, break the rules, and set the members into the WRONG direction.
You will be evaluated by the forum masters incharge of the particular forum you have been put into for a few weeks. If we feel that you have been doing a bad job, you will be demodded. But if you are doing an excellent job, you will stay as a crew member, until further notice.
Of course you need to have a good understanding of what is considered spam and "good topics".
I believe you all know what spam means (otherwise you wouldn't have been chosen to be crew).
But good topics is a different matter. We consider topics good, if they have a discussion value. If it's just a topic that is merely about screaming a bunch of numbers or listing, it has no discussion value and the right place for these are the relaxation dump.
For example:
Poll-questions: The topic "are you a virgin" in sexuality, can be answered with a yes or no. So i've closed it and the poll is left. People can just vote then. The same can be done with all these types of topics if it's pollable (how old are you, what's your favorite cola, etc) (if you don't have the power to close the topic, you can tell a higher mod to do so in the crewforum)
Listing-topics:
Topics like: "which actors you like most" "what books have you read?" are listing topics, because you only need to give a listing. These can be moved to the relaxation dump.
Of course, you need to PM the user if he's doing something wrong and set him on the right track
